Flag the Final Gain Table

Sometimes the gain solutions of the flux calibrator are not good for all antennas. It is possible to flag the solutions directly in the 'fluxgaincal.g' calibration table. The CASA tasks plotcal or plotms can be used for the flagging. The pipeline can use the flagged table, say 'fluxgaincal_edited.g' for the flux calibration by modifying the hifv_fluxboot call in the 'casa_pipescript.py' as follows:
